Position: Luxury Travel Coordinator/Concierge
About: A boutique luxury travel advisory firm based in Los Angeles, CA, Wagner Bespoke Travel offers personalized travel services to a nationwide clientele. This role involves assisting the team with administrative tasks related to booking luxury hotels, air travel, and client itinerary management. The position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, Science, Finance, Economics, or related discipline; OR 2 years of related experience; Must live in Los Angeles; Onsite 4 days a week in Santa Monica, CA; Weekend availability for client travel issues; Experienced in Excel and Google Suite; Strong attention to detail; Process driven; Self-motivated; Comfortable with routine tasks; Proactive and solution-oriented; Proficient in communication with foreign partners; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
