Position: Luxury Suites Manager – Acrisure Stadium
About: The Luxury Suites Manager oversees all event services and operation activities for luxury suites at Acrisure Stadium, providing exceptional customer service to Premium Luxury Suite holders and serving as a liaison between the holders and various parties such as PSSI, the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Pitt Panthers, and third parties.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field; 2-3 years of management experience in customer service; knowledge of club and restaurant operations; ability to manage a large staff professionally; proficiency in Word, Excel, and Publisher; excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and negotiation skills; experience interacting with high-profile clientele; Architics knowledge required
