The ideal candidate will handle residents’ inquiries, resolve problems effectively, and address complaints appropriately. Excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, hospitality expertise, and knowledge of local services are essential. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 1 year of customer service, phone etiquette, and time management experience; 1-year concierge experience preferred
