Position: Luxury Residential Concierge Edgewater SORA Required
About: We are seeking a knowledgeable Concierge to attend to our residents’ requests and needs in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, multi-tasking ability, hospitality expertise, as well as knowledge of local area services. Responsibilities include dealing with residents’ inquiries, problem-solving, responding to complaints, and providing outstanding customer service to help maintain a flawless reputation for guest service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of customer service experience required; 1 year of hospitality experience required; 2 years of concierge experience required; ability to work night and overnight shifts; willingness to relocate to Edgewater, NJ before starting work
