Position: Lounge Barback- The Ben Hotel
About: Concord Hospitality is looking for Lounge Bar Backs to join their team at the hotel bar and lounge outlets. This role is crucial to the guest experience, working alongside talented bartenders to ensure guests receive excellent service from the first to the last interaction of their visit. The team at Concord establishments values proactive, responsive, and caring individuals who can set a positive tone for guests to enjoy their stay.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a high volume food & beverage establishment; ability to stand for 8-10 hours; willingness to work at least 3 days per week, weekends, and holidays; prior hotel experience preferred.
