Position: Local Event Staff
About: Water Lantern Festival, a community-focused event in Milwaukee, WI, brings people together to celebrate creativity and hope through lantern-lit waters. They are seeking dedicated Local Event Staff to ensure seamless event operations.
Requirements: Must be 18 years or older; Prior experience in event support, customer service, or team coordination preferred but not required; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure; Basic problem-solving and organizational abilities; Complete availability on event weekends; Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions; Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn with a team-oriented mindset
