Position: Lobby Attendant (NCS) – Baltimore Convention Center
About: The Baltimore Convention Center is seeking a detail-oriented Lobby Attendant to greet and direct visitors and guests to events and area attractions while maintaining a secure environment. This position involves moderate exertion with prolonged periods of standing in an indoor setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED certificate; one year of security or law enforcement experience; must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions, excellent communication skills, remain calm in emergencies, problem-solving skills, collaborative attitude, physically able to walk long distances, stand for extended periods, and climb stairwells.
