About: SuViche is seeking a dedicated and skilled Heart of House (HOH) team member to prepare food to order in accordance with quality and safety standards. The HOH plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring every guest receives exceptional service whether dining in, taking out, or ordering delivery at SuViche. Collaboration with the Front of House (FOH) team is essential to create memorable dining experiences. Key responsibility includes delivering consistently perfect food to guests at all times.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking; at least 6 months experience in a similar capacity; familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools such as knives, slicer, stove, oven, fryer, and more; clear communication skills with both kitchen and dining staff; ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
