About: Los Angeles Equestrian Center (LAEC) is a unique 75-acre property in Griffith Park catering to horse lovers and professionals. It offers boarding facilities, training arenas, and hosts various equestrian events blending nature’s charm with LA’s cultural scene.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Two-year culinary degree or continuing education credits preferred; Minimum 3 years’ experience in a cook’s position; Minimum 1 year experience in banquet operations; Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, operations, and safety standards; Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively; Proficient in diverse culinary techniques and multi-ethnic cuisine; Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask; Capable of working in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment; Flexible schedule including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
