Position: Line Cook Kitchen
About: Responsible for maintaining food production and quality control of all items prepared on the front-line station at a busy hotel. The position requires adherence to strict standards and attention to detail in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements: Food Handler Card required; 2 years cooking experience preferred; basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations; good working knowledge of broiler and saut cooking; familiarity with sanitation standards; ability to operate kitchen equipment; basic mathematical skills; ability to comprehend and apply written instructions in English.
