Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a culinary role preferred; ability to passionately prepare, portion, and cook food items to quality specifications; exceptional presentation skills; superior dexterity in using cutting tools safely; proficiency in measuring ingredients and seasonings for correct cooking and flavor profiles; positive and professional attitude towards coworkers and guests; adept at working in a fast-paced environment; strong team player
