Requirements: Job qualifications: Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills; understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures; previous prep or line cook experience. Skills/aptitudes required: Professional communication skills; ability to take direction and work in a team environment; work effectively under pressure with problem-solving abilities; self-motivation, organization, and a commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge.
