Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to meet time and attendance requirements, work all shifts including holidays and weekends; knowledge of restaurant cooking practices, food presentation, and storage; strong organizational skills; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to handle stressful situations effectively; willingness to learn and pass on local information to guests; 1 year or less experience as a line cook; State of Alaska Food Workers Card within 30 days; pass a background check
