About: Fast paced and high-energy restaurant environment seeking a skilled Prep Cook/Line Cook to join our team. We prioritize providing top-quality service in a friendly atmosphere for our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items for the assigned line station, ensuring all recipes are followed accurately and promptly.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; six months Prep Cook experience within an HCR Restaurant or minimum 1-year external Line Cook experience; ability to follow recipes and POS tickets, handle food allergies, maintain a clean work station, and communicate effectively with team members; detail-oriented and able to work under pressure; must pass training tests with a score of 90% or higher; acquire a knife set within 30 days of hire
