Position: Line Cook job
About: The Wyoming Horse Racing is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join their team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing food according to recipes and menu items created by the Sous Chef, contributing to the efficient operation of the kitchen.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; at least one (1) year of cooking experience; excellent kitchen administration knowledge and team collaboration skills; strong organization, active listening, and time management skills; ability to perform basic food preparation tasks and operate kitchen appliances safely; ServSafe certification.
