Requirements: Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook, or prep cook; Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures; Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks; Familiar with industry’s best practices; Culinary school diploma
