Position: Line Cook job
About: This position is for a Line Cook at a restaurant. The Line Cook will be responsible for assisting with the production of hot line food items, inspecting food products, preparing items, setting up line stations, maintaining cleanliness, and following proper kitchen operations.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old; Must be able to work weekends and all major holidays; Must have 3-5 years of experience as a line cook in a facility with comparable sales and/or seating capacity; Must have 3-5 years of experience in a scratch kitchen; Demonstrated ability to complete assignments in a specified period; Ability to exhibit technical skills; Ability to adhere to and maintain quality standards, portion controls, recipe specifications, and product consistency guidelines; Professional accredited culinary training and/or degree is desirable, but not required; Able to work independently as well as part of a team; Must be dependable and reliable
