Position: Line Cook job
About: The Big Eddy Club, a member-owned exclusive club in Columbus, Georgia with approximately 400 members, is seeking part-time and full-time Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join their experienced culinary team. The Line Cook and Prep Cook will work under the direction of the Executive Chef to prepare food according to Club recipes and standards, ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines for an exceptional dining experience for the members.
Requirements: Experience as a Line and Prep Cook in a Fine Dining/Catering/Banquet setting required; ability to prepare all required items; maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment; accurate and timely execution of member and guest orders; attention to detail; ability to work well with co-workers; knowledge of sanitation principles
