Requirements: Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook, or prep cook; excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures; accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks; familiar with industry’s best practices; culinary school diploma
