Position: Line Cook job
About: Bonefish Grill is currently seeking Kitchen Staff including Line Cooks, Grill Cooks, and Prep Cooks at their location on 2911 Washington Rd. As a member of the Bonefish Grill team, you will be responsible for maintaining strict adherence to recipe standards, ensuring safe food handling practices, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards, and preparing food according to safety protocols and recipe specifications under the guidance of Management.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred; strong commitment to following food safety standards and procedures; ability to work well in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of food storage hierarchy
