Position: Line Cook – Commerce Cafe
About: A hotel is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Line Cook to join their hospitality team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking a variety of food items for the hotel’s Restaurant outlets, Pastry Kitchen, or Banquet Kitchen, following recipes and directions from culinary supervisors and chefs to ensure accurate preparation and consistency in dishes and food items.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or relevant certification preferred; 2+ years of experience in a similar role; strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
