Requirements: High school education or equivalent experience; culinary certificate or degree preferred; 6 months – 1 year in a food/beverage services environment; strong knowledge of operating industrial-sized ovens and cooking ranges; understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures; manual coordination for kitchen tasks; ability to lift 20-40 lbs, stand for long periods, and communicate effectively in English.
