Position: Line Chef

About: Forge & Vine, a restaurant located in Groton, Massachusetts, is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join their culinary team. The restaurant focuses on the seasonality of New England while offering creative dishes with international influences. With a 156-seat indoor restaurant and seasonal outdoor seating overlooking Gibbet Hill, Forge & Vine at The Groton Inn serves breakfast daily, as well as lunch, dinner, and wedding events.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 1 year experience as a Line Cook; experience in resorts/hotels and free-standing restaurants preferred; good knowledge of food and beverage operations and preparation techniques; ability to communicate effectively in English with guests and employees; proven experience in restaurant or banquet kitchens; ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations; strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
