About: Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of restaurant production at Home Team. Responsibilities include handling, storing and rotating food, following recipes and portion controls, maintaining cleanliness and organization, setting up steam tables, and preparing food items. The role requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy, ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solving skills, working well under pressure, multitasking, following recipes accurately, and working in a fast-paced environment with physical requirements such as standing, reaching, bending, carrying weight, and verbal communication with co-workers.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; ability to follow recipes and portion controls; strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability; excellent time management and ability to work well under pressure; effective communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical demands
