Position: LifeCafe Supervisor
About: The LifeCafe Supervisor oversees the daily shift operations in the LifeCafe, delivering a high-quality experience to members. They motivate staff to ensure excellent customer service and monitor food quality and speed of service for a positive member and guest experience.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire; ServeSafe certification within the first 60 days of hire; Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs; Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods of time; Night and weekend availability is required based on the business needs
