Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; 2+ years of experience; previous kitchen experience; ServSafe Food Manager Certification or equivalent; ServSafe Alcohol Safety or equivalent (if applicable); ServSafe Allergen Certification or equivalent (if applicable); ability to stay calm and overcome any food production issues; ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for long periods of time
