Position: LifeCafe Assistant Manager

About: Life Time is seeking a dedicated and experienced LifeCafe Assistant Manager to join their team. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Cafe Manager to ensure operational efficiency, cost control, staff development, and adherence to quality standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 1 to 2 years of supervisor or management experience in fast casual restaurants; ServeSafe certification within the first 60 days of hire; CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire; Ability to routinely lift more than 20 pounds
