Position: Licensed Practical Nurse – LVN – Home Health

Requirements: Lvn License; Phlebotomy experience required; Excellent verbal communication skills; BLS with American Heart Association; Valid CA Driver’s License and acceptable driving record; Patient bedside experience preferred; Ability to lift 50-60 lbs; Spanish speaking (preferred but not required); Must be comfortable driving and making home health visits independently
