Position: Liberation Kitchen Manager
About: Liberation Kitchen Manager serves customers in a 100% vegan cafe, with responsibilities including food preparation, cooking, customer service, and cafe operation. Duties range from order taking, POS system operation, cash handling, to ensuring food safety standards.
Requirements: Helpful, team-oriented attitude, and a willingness to learn new things; Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; Ability to follow all appropriate safety standards in food preparation; Previous food service management experience is required; Ability to foster a positive work environment and coach others; A good understanding of vegan food preparation is preferred; Food Handler’s certification required within 30 days of hire; Strong understanding of Square POS system; Capable of working under pressure and keeping composure; Completion of a high school diploma or GED program
