Position: Leasing & Marketing Team Leader
About: As a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader at the property, you will play a key role in maintaining property operations with a focus on leasing, marketing, resident relations, and community functions. The goal is to achieve full occupancy through resident retention, leasing current availability, and pre-leasing future availability.
Requirements: 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience; strong communication skills; high-energy and enjoys a fast-paced environment; enjoys providing excellent service; excellent customer service skills; basic computer skills; high school diploma or equivalent; available to work evenings and weekends; ability to embody the Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values every day
