Position: Lease-Up Leasing Manager

Requirements: 3 to 5 years of proven sales/leasing experience; Hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, or multifamily industry experience strongly preferred; Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals; Proven execution of successful sales strategies to close new leases; Networking and outreach experience strongly preferred; Tenacious and skilled at overcoming objections; Strong communication, relationship building, and follow-up skills; Willingness to master and use a CRM, systems, and other sales tools (experience in Yardi CRM and/or Zendesk Sell is a plus); Schedule flexibility; Must have reliable source of transportation
