Position: Lead Sanitation Technician – 3pm to 11:30 pm – $25.71/hr+
About: As a Sanitation Technician at a food manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards to ensure the safety and quality of food products. This role involves executing thorough cleaning procedures, monitoring sanitation compliance, and collaborating with production and quality assurance teams to promote a culture of cleanliness and food safety awareness.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in food safety or sanitation preferred; previous experience in a sanitation role within the food manufacturing industry, with at least 2-3 years of lead experience; strong knowledge of sanitation principles, chemical safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, USDA, HACCP); proficient in operating sanitation equipment and familiar with cleaning techniques for various surfaces and equipment types; excellent leadership and communication skills, detail-oriented, able to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, good team player
