Position: Lead Patient Experience Concierge, Concierge Services
About: The Lead Guest Concierge at Baptist Health South Florida is a key role responsible for providing excellent customer service and support. The position involves training and mentoring staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining a positive first impression for visitors, patients, and hospital staff. The ideal candidate will be people-centered, flexible, and possess strong communication skills to address customer concerns. This role also involves acting as a liaison between patients, families, and clinical staff, with an estimated pay range of $16.00 – $18.85 per hour depending on experience.
Requirements: High School Diploma, Certificate of Completion, GED or equivalent training or experience; Minimum 3 years of customer service experience required; Bilingual (English / Spanish) required; Preferred Associates Degree; Fully proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel; Self-directed with excellent problem-solving skills; Professional demeanor and compassionate attitude; Strong verbal and written communication skills
