Position: Lead Manager Residential Concierge
About: The Lead Residential Concierge oversees the day-to-day operations of the concierge team to ensure exceptional service delivery and a welcoming environment for residents, guests, and visitors. This role involves managing staff, coordinating building operations, and serving as the primary liaison between residents, building management, and third-party vendors. The Lead Concierge sets the standard for hospitality and operational excellence in the residential community.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in hospitality, management, or a related field preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role. At least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership position. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. Reliable, adaptable, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
