Position: Lead Line Cook Assistant Kitchen Manager
About: Mekiko Cantina, Hawaii’s first Fresh Mexican Restaurant, brings the tastes of Mexico to local and visiting guests. Mekiko Cantina is a 4th generation Mexican Restaurant with a vision for growth located in Kapolei, Oahu.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 or more years of culinary experience; proficiency as a Chef/Asst. Kitchen Manager; experience with traditional Mexican cuisine preferred; proven working experience as a lead line cook/asst kitchen manager; ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently; capable of delegating multiple tasks; strong communication and leadership skills; working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS); fun-loving, hard-working, and good-natured
