Position: Lead Kitchen Mechanic-Engineering
About: Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is looking for a Lead Kitchen Mechanic to join their team. The position involves performing routine preventative maintenance on all commercial kitchen equipment and ensuring maximum reliability and efficiency across kitchen, bar, and food and beverage outlets.
Requirements: P.A. certification for refrigerants; Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial kitchen equipment repairs; High school diploma or GED equivalent; Must adhere to all grooming standards, no visible tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair color
