Position: Lead Food & Beverage Associate
About: Midtown is looking for a friendly and driven Lead Food & Beverage Associate to enhance our stellar restaurant experience. Our Lead Food & Beverage Associates are ‘people persons’ to their core, motivated by helping others, and passionate about delivering the best experience through food and connections.
Requirements: Must have availability to work a flexible schedule (including evenings & weekends); 2+ years of experience in a team leader role; Passion for service, quality, and training; Guest oriented and service minded; Experience in using POS Systems; Delegating and execute multiple tasks assigned by F&B Manager; At least 2-3 years of Food & beverage experience; Assisting in ordering, inventory management & shift schedules for teammates with F&B Manager; Assist in team building skills; 35-40 hours per week (Hours will be varied depending on café business and any club or private events)
