Position: Lead Facility Operations
About: Life Time is seeking a Lead Facility Operations professional to oversee the Operations department, ensuring adherence to cleanliness standards and Life Time’s mission statement. Responsibilities include managing team members, training, recruiting, budget management, and payroll. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a welcoming environment for members and guests at all times.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of management experience; Building operations experience; CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire; Certified Pool Operations (CPO) license within 6 months of hire; Ability to lift more than 20 lbs and move about the club for extended periods
