Position: Lead Event Chef
About: Tall Guy and a Grill, a farm-to-fork catering company in Milwaukee, is seeking a Lead Event Chef to join their team. The company is known for its inspired flavors, compassionate hospitality, and commitment to using local ingredients to create exceptional food experiences. This position will involve working at The Starling venue and catering events.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen setting, preferably in catering and events; ability to work nights and weekends; knowledge of culinary terms, techniques, and ingredients; valid Driver’s License; reliable transportation; ability to lift up to 25 lbs; adept at using industrial cleaning chemicals
