Position: Lead Cook – The Venetian Chop House – Caribe Royale Orlando Hotel
About: Caribe Royale Orlando, located in Orlando, FL, is seeking a Lead Cook for The Venetian Chop House to support the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chefs in delivering high-quality food and maintaining a positive work environment. The Lead Cook will guide, train, and delegate tasks to Associates while ensuring kitchen cleanliness and safety standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; culinary degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Cook 3 or supervisory role in a hotel or restaurant; strong communication skills, knowledge of proper chemical handling and cleaning techniques, willingness to work flexible schedules, ability to multitask and remain calm in high-stress situations
