Position: Lead Cook – EATS
About: This job is for a Team Member position at a restaurant. The specific duties and responsibilities include assisting in the supervision of cooks 1-3, delegating duties, ensuring proper staffing, maintaining cleanliness standards, training team members, promoting department services, practicing Health & Safety standards, reporting equipment malfunctions, performing line checks, possessing extensive knowledge of products and processes, running the inside expo station efficiently, and being in training for advancement to Sous Chef. The standards of performance include the ability to multi-task, strong communication skills, providing good internal customer service, working with minimal supervision, and availability to work after 10pm, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license
