Position: LEAD COOK – DOUBLETREE BY HILTON NEW ORLEANS
About: DoubleTree by Hilton New Orleans is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Line Cook to join their dynamic kitchen team. This role involves leading the production line, utilizing a la carte cooking expertise, and ensuring high-quality food production under the direction of the Executive Chef.
Requirements: Education: HS Diploma or equivalent; Experience: Minimum 6 months experience as a line cook and 3 months as a pantry/prep cook, or equivalent combination; Licenses/Certifications: Food Safety Certification
