Position: Lead Cook
About: Kent State University in Kent, Ohio, is seeking a Lead Cook to join their team. The Lead Cook will be responsible for cooking foods in production quantities and supervising assigned crew members.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent plus completion of a culinary training program; a minimum of five years of commercial or high-volume cooking experience, including banquet or a la carte preparation; ice sculpting and Garde Manger experience; ability to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
