Requirements: High school graduate or GED required; three years of commercial cooking experience required, preferably in the health industry; completion of a culinary course required; ServSafe Certification required; working knowledge of computer, Microsoft Word & Excel, and various commercial kitchen equipment; flu vaccine required, or receive a medical exemption prior to employment; Covid-19 vaccination documentation will be requested for reporting purposes
