Position: Lead Cook
About: Lead Cook position at DDC – Waddell, AZ (White Tanks at San Lucy) in the Food & Beverage industry, working under direct supervision of the Assistant Sous Chef to prepare food items according to production sheets, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized work area while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; three (3) years recent experience as a cook, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience as a Lead Cook/Saucier or equivalent combination of experience and education; able to obtain a Food Handler’s Card; 18 years of age or older; no felony, theft, or stealing convictions; pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation; maintain a gaming license
