Position: Lead Cook
About: The hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, is seeking a Lead Cook to prepare and cook food according to the hotel’s standards. The Lead Cook will work under the supervision of the Chef, handling duties for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Banquets, and Room Service.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; one to two years of related experience and/or training; ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with colleagues; proficiency in basic math functions, cooking metrics, and computer operations; possession of Safe Serve/Food Handler’s Card
