Requirements: 1-2 years of customer service experience required; experience leading and developing a team is required; high school diploma or GED required; customer-centric with a warm demeanor, positive attitude, and impeccable follow-through; ability to work independently and with a team; ability to plan, prioritize efficiently, and motivate/lead team members; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines/interruptions; strong communication and problem-solving skills; knowledge of the city and local transportation options; organized with a clean appearance and workstation; technically savvy with technology, including smartphones and computers; proficient in Microsoft Office.
