Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience working in luxury residential communities preferred; excellent verbal and written communication skills; professionalism, reliability, and strong customer service skills; ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment; dependable, punctual, and flexible with working hours; proficiency in general office equipment and computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Internet; must maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform policy; regular attendance, flexibility for overtime and non-traditional holidays, availability for on-call duty or staffing shortages, reliable transportation, pass comprehensive background check
