Position: Lead Concierge
About: Resort Lifestyle Communities, a family-owned company established over twenty years ago, specializes in providing all-inclusive, independent, resort-style 55-and-over senior living retirement communities across the nation. The Home Office is based out of Lincoln, Nebraska, and the company is rapidly growing and expanding.
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older, maintain a current driver’s license and clean driving record, and be comfortable with valet parking; High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Able to move tables and furniture periodically, lift and carry approximately 25 pounds; Takes initiative and is an independent problem-solver, able to de-escalate critical situations; Seeks the opportunity to serve seniors and positively impact their lives; Can multi-task and meet deadlines while projecting a resort-like image both in person and over the phone to residents and guests of the community; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, and Excel); Strong knowledge of the local community, area, and region preferred; Previous work experience in customer service or hospitality
