Position: Lead Bartender/Mixologist

The Lead Bartender/Mixologist role focuses on maintaining quality, consistency, and innovation in the beverage program while providing exceptional service to guests.
Requirements: One year certificate from college or technical school in Mixology; or 4-5 years related experience, including a minimum of 1 year as a Mixologist (required); or equivalent combination of education and experience; High volume, fast-paced work environment experience is required; Aloha experience is a plus; Mixology certification is required; Bystander Intervention Training is required; Food Handlers card is required; Sommelier certification is preferred; Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) Certification is a plus; Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification is a plus; Proficient in English- verbal and written; Must have flexible work availability- all shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
